Black River 11 Daniel Göttin Together with his partner GerdaMany little fragments from different sources exist within these resin works, including natural materials, images from Kroner's drawing process, and elements appropriated from the works of other artists. He integrates these fragments so they become like a river, carrying everything with it as it flows. The fragments are like particles of knowledge or memories being pulled along in our streams of consciousnessthat is why he calls the works Blackwater.
