Our hunch is it was about 1885, but we're not certain. There is something timeless about it, the seven swords, the sorrowing Mother of God, the mix of text and picture. It is unique and rare. We're not sure of the artist or the publisher, but the name Augustine Fischer seems to show up on the edge, here trimmed off. "A sword will pierce your own heart, too, so
