Douby - Domaine de la Grosse Pierre - AOC Morgon 2022 - Gamay - Beaujolais, France - Red Goat-cheese tartlets with cracked pepperJUICY & ELEGANT Tasting Note: On the nose, a bouquet of fresh peony petals, wild cherries and pomegranate seeds, with a hint of red berry compote. The palate is medium bodied and lively, delivering pure Gamay fruit ripe cherry, raspberry and cranberry framed by fine, powdery tannins. A thread of salinity and a chalky mineral underpinning lift the finish, which lingers on a bright, crunchy red fruit note. Don't hesitate to let it breathe at least 1h.
