A vintage circa 1970s slip-over or tank top hand knitted (or hand made - I think the body may be machine knitted) from medium weight yarns which have a somewhat stiff texture & feel like pure wool in marled grey & burnt orange

nibbles & edge chips - on the skirt there are a few scattered faint brown spots - slight seam strain/pulling at the bottom of the placket

Rise - crotch seam to top of waistband: 14" (36cm)

Cut in an easy fitting, slip on style, single breasted with broad notch lapels, quite heavily padded shoulders, 2 large lower patch pockets with flaps, cuff turn backs with decorative buttons. Part lined in grey satiny fabric, with 1 inside breast pocket.
