We also added a rattan handle wrapping with several layers of Urushi lacquer

original packed which should be checked before used as these are very old

It was never used before and just had a few spots that needed restorative attention

Restored by us to exceptional sharpness and shave ready condition. We removed the old handle wrapping, removed the rust and restored it to the original look and feel. The box was fallen apart as well, we also restored it to full functionality. Inside we found a paper sheet that we will keep together with the Kamisori.
