In feel this wine is medium to full bodied with an almost dark powdery tannin structure that makes for cosy drinking with or without food. There is a nod towards the more famous wine of its region Amarone, but without the big price tag and normally higher alcohol content. Fans of Baglio U Passimiento should feel at home with this great wine from Northern Italy.
