A cuvee of 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir that was disgorged on October 12th 2022 after two years and three months on the lees in the bottle
toasted almond and vanilla bean flavors seem to pour out of the glass
has lots of tannins
The nose expresses the complexity of ripe black fruits and the finesse of white pepper
but there's plenty of concentration and energy driving the long firm finish
