Brokenwood Shiraz 2015 Non-vintage Packed with liqourice

Packed with liqourice

pretty wine (suggesting strawberry

if not just a little bit nervy and then skeletal and a touch orangey through the finish

this has found a great place to allow purity and depth of flavour to rise up

This could use more depth so I would suggest allowing this at least a few years of cellar time

Brokenwood Shiraz 2015 Non-vintage Packed with liqouriceHand picked, 3 days cold soak, cultured yeast, matured in used French casks for 15 months. Bright, clear crimson purple; the ultra regional bouquet sets the scene with its savoury earthy characters sewn through the medium bodied palate, plum, blackberry and tar flavours to the fore. Its Graveyard origin encourages those who are patient. James Halliday
