A unique biodiversity of inland lakes and volcanic plains surrounds it. The soil across the sites slope is a mixture of grey sandy clay loams at the south end and dark brown loams with quartz gravelsthe intense flavor of sweet and sour cherries, earth, and spice with a lovely elegant structure.
