Comprised of a 14K gold backing with a circle cut of malachite and two rows of 3 piece set diamonds in the center. This piece somewhat resembles a face ( __ ), with diamond accents for the eyes. There are no hallmarks but has been tested for authenticity. Has some wear and there are subtle gaps where the diamonds are set in the malachite, but overall in good condition. Measures 3 4" in
