MTG is a game that revolves around attacking and blocking, so artifacts that arent creatures are very hard to justify in your decks you can play some but not many unless youre going deep on some weird artifact control strategy like in Lantern Control decks

It isnt a big ask to put this one in your deck

The Brotherhood of Steel and the Institute keep this tech for themselves, so outside of joining one of these high-tech factions, you're going to be doing a lot of scavenging (or looting of folks from these factions)
