Maybe if you got rid of the position-changing, let it Summon something with the same Level as the monster (or, if you're afraid of Endless Decay shenanigans, make it any Level 4 or lower Zombie), and when this is destroyed, you could add a Zombie with the same name as what you Summoned from your Deck to your hand (you probably could attach this card to the monster like how Call of the Haunted does with its "If that monster is destroyed, destroy this card" thing).
Veiler is a Spellcaster Tuner as needed (which is rare, but I'd rather have the search that comes with it), but is very limited in activation
Mass Spell/Trap removal, such as "Harpie's Feather Duster" and "Evenly Matched", is particularly effective, as the Deck has no in-archetype way to negate Spells/Traps or to protect their backrow, except for Laevateinn the Burning Blade
They all have light-filled and divine-looking designs ranging from animals to dieties
It appears to have a very shiny silver lettering, much like a Secret Rare, with some colors removed from the card image
