Scions' Secretary Whenever an opponent draws a card, if it isn't that player's turn, create a tapped Treasure token

It is fringe playable in the cube, great filler and great for fine tuning archetypes and balance but not a high powered card by any means

A deck focused on life gain strategies, such as a lifelink or vampire tribal deck, would benefit from including Sanguine Bond as it creates a powerful life drain effect that can quickly turn the tide of the game

Recommended Commanders: Zedruu the Greathearted, Pramikon, Sky Rampart, Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign Blade of Selves The first time I saw Blade of Selves I knew I wanted to play it in every deck possible

However, given that he was still with the crew here and this is his only non-Phyrexian card barring the alternate Planar Chaos version, I'm rolling with this one
