While I have no problem with anybody snapping up Gravecrawlers if theyre building Vengevine or they think that the card is underpriced for some other reason, people tend to underestimate the difficulty of actually getting those last few cards in a new Modern deck when more than half the value of most of these decks is tied up in just two or three crucial bottlenecks

Again, this card feels like a really strong sideboard win-con for matchups where you can pave a way for one copy to do enough damage that it will either end your opponent on the spot, or make it so they'll eventually deck out

They dont quite match the theme of dueling planeswalkers casting spells of a more serious nature

I bought my first pile of these at the same time as Yavimaya Hollow back in the winter of 2016, when the card was commonly available near $20
