Mad Hatter, Gracious Host Emerald and Ruby offers a fair amount of complexity but not much competitive value

For the first turn of the game, the starting player doesnt take their Beginning Phase because they have no cards in play, and they skip drawing a card to make it fair for the other players

Id like to try this in my Shiko and Narset, Unified deck, but the more apt spellslingers have no doubt much grander plans for this one
