Even if you dont overwhelm your opponents with scary monsters like Hydroid Krasis or Koma, Cosmos Serpent, theyll have to deal with a very big fish Commander that can kill easily with 2 hits (of Commander damage)

Another reason why I do not value it that highly is maybe the fact that I do not own the card in paper and thus have little experience playing with it

Both sides of Valki are excellent, with Valki being hand disruption useful in the early game to steal a powerful creature (with the potential to turn into it later), while Tibalt is a great end-game card, capable of removing multiple creatures and stealing cards from your opponents' libraries to cast yourself
