Fitting function to form, a lot of Magic cards in the upcoming Final Fantasy x MTG crossover are, or care about, equipment, which is the usual way in which Magic portrays weapons

This one, however, functions more like Pithing Needle and specifies which exact land it wants to shut off

Don't get me wrong, this is exactly what we asked for, and if I was making an energy deck with green in it, this card would be in the deck

Throwing this down in the early game as you fire off CultivateCultivates, Natures LoreNatures Lores and Rampant GrowthRampant Growths or partnering it with cards that allow you to play more than one land means youll be building up a critical mass of +1/+1 counters on creatures fairly quickly, which will likely go well with your early game Cats
