Scavenger Regent is fairly straightforward, being a 4/4 Dragon with a ward trigger that can be a hassle for your opponents later in the game

You have to wait to venture until the end of your turn, so if your opponent can kill the Bard after you play the land you wont get to Venture, so keep that in mind when you play with and against this, but the fact that this can venture for you if youre hitting land drops is pretty awesome

Although it does come with the drawback of not being able to activate monster effects, you can easily overcome this problem by flipping this card face up at the end of your turn (or your opponents turn) to make the monster effect usable right afterwards

Oracle of Mul Daya, Courser of Kruphix and Vizier of the Menagerie have been great cards for me in the past

Generally Commander is played with 4-6 players
