That would indicate it is from around 1900. It does have a handmade locking clasp. Pin is bent but functional. You probably can bend it straight if it is an issue. The filigree setting is quite tarnished, I originally thought it was brass but the back has a 800 Silver tag on it. This was common silver content used in italy. . 800 as opposed to the standard . 925
