Salon 1990 Champagne Size:Bottle (750ml) playful and mellow or powerful

playful and mellow or powerful and savoury as here

superb concentration and great complexity

Fino has a slightly nutty herbal character that can overpower the citrus however this retains the fruit and has a savoury note reminiscent of the seaside

With layers of dark berry fruit and silky tannins this might not be the most refined or complex wine but boy is it enjoyable

Spicey Savoury and Earthy this is bold enough to match up to chorizo and beef stew or a good steak

Salon 1990 Champagne Size:Bottle (750ml) playful and mellow or powerfulExtremely rare vintage Champagne. Liquid apple strudel springs to mind. No one else you are ever likely to meet will have tried this wine! If youre into experiencing the unique, this is for you.
