When playing casually, it gives you a chance to hone your skills with starter decks or custom-built creations

But outside of those two things, this card isn't more than average, and if included with Feebas from this set, I can't give more than a 2 out of 5 rating, it is just so hard to use cards like Milotic and Gyarados when their Basic forms are so weak
