DM and DMG are really big bricks, IMO running those kinds of Bricks should be rewarded with easy ways to summon them just like Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Magicians' Souls was a good idea but making it too generic for spellcasters made it more usable on other Decks than on DM
28, 2024 If I use the "reduce the play costs of all of your opponent's Digimon by 1" effect, is the play cost also reduced for Digimon cards in areas other than the battle area (such as my opponent's hand or trash)
Outside of those however, many decks will enjoy this card, probably for the removal with others options if nothing else
