pokemon hgss booster box HeartGold SoulSilver Blister Pack ART WORK MAY DIFFER FROM PICTURE Pokemon HeartGold & Soulsilver Unleashed

If you activate Outlast on any of your creatures, it works on that creature and no other

I wasn't able to track down a specific issue where this panel appears (please let me know in the comments if you do!) but there's a good chance it's from Maximum Carnage, a big storyline that spanned through all the ongoing Spider-Man comics in 1993, and saw Carnage do what he does best, spread death and havoc, this time with a makeshift "family" of superpowered maniacs

This makes the win condition (to my knowledge) impossible to pull off in the Commander format

Picture dropping a Blightsteel Colossus, swinging with haste, then nuking the table's boards when it inevitably dies

This set will be the next set in the Scarlet & Violet era and will be released on March 22, 2023, with a price tag of 180 yen/pack
