mtg lands in a 60 card deck Magic: the Gathering 60-Card Theme Ikoria Green/blue Mutate - 60

Seemingly designed to be an MTG Commander, he's in the spell-slinging Izzet colours, and as you read the card, you'll certainly be envisioning a Storm-y spellslinging deck that looks to combo off - as each time you cast an instant or sorcery you access a different ability That is, until you reach the final line of the card and get a rude awakening

As soon as I found out I'd be leading this set design, I reached out to our Duel Masters team

Both effects work with each other, and in fact, you will most likely need to play Present Arms first before the creature's baseline effect can do anything

It plays plenty well in the 99 of commanders like Captain Ripley Vance and The War Doctor

When you can support it sensibly it is great, it digs relatively deep for a quite low cost and most importantly is instant making it viable in control
