You can summon this card using two level 5 monsters, or the way easier route of using any Utopia XYZ monster you control as the sole material
Finally, if attacking won't win the game, Anim Pakal can use direct damage effects like Impact Tremors, Goblin Bombardment, and Purphoros, God of the Forge to close out the game on a stalled board state
