By sitting around on a Blood Moon, youre setting yourself for a natural lock break where your opponent builds up Snow-Covered Islands and Arcums Astrolabe and Mountain-ed fetchlands, bounces your Blood Moon with Cryptic Command in the end step, and immediately has the fetch to Mystic Sanctuary to recur Cryptic Command and counter your three-mana enchantment on the way back down
Theoretically, you can play Snapcaster Mage, trade with an opponent's 2/2, and then cast another instant or sorcery from the graveyard all in the same turn
They are discarding enablers but they cost 4-mana, so I am not sure they can be exactly ranked in the same category as the other 5 cards
