Kellan, the Fae-Blooded The funny thing about Kellan, the Fae-Blooded is that despite being strictly better than Open the Armory, it can't actually replace that card in every Commander deck that plays it, due to color identity restrictions
If you need nothing else from this deck, Elsa is at least a highly sought-after card in the set, with its mix of keywords and abilities making it one of the best cards in the set
If you prefer Japanese card quality, the GO set is a reasonable place to start a Japanese collection The 78-card base set is completable from 2-3 ETBs plus a handful of targeted singles
