This is contrasted with a black velvet to the collar and diagonally across the skirt in a starry floral pattern. Bodice is fitted and sleeves with a darted waistline and a dipped princess waist seam with small point in front. Skirt is sewn in gathers over the hip and flares out into a generous sweep. Back
