If your pharmacy’s Wi-Fi network name (SSID) or password includes special characters such as spaces, underscores, hyphens, dots, or Turkish characters, the device software may not recognize them.
To fix this:
1. Log into your modem’s interface.
2. Change the Wi-Fi network name and/or password to avoid using special or Turkish characters.
3. Once you’ve updated the network details, restart the Wi-Fi setup process from the beginning using the updated credentials.
4. Follow the same pairing steps in the setup app again.
This should resolve the issue and allow your Clogger device to connect successfully.
