On your Clogger temperature and humidity monitoring device, if you see a dashed line (—) on the screen, this usually indicates that:
• There is a disconnection in the sensor cable, or
• The sensor plug is loose or not properly seated in the socket.
Please check the sensor connection carefully.
If you detect a break in the sensor cable, you will need to send it to us via cargo for repair or replacement.
